When will COVID-19 hospitalizations next meet or exceed 250 in one day in New York City?

The question will be resolved using daily hospitalization data for New York City as reported on https://www1.nyc.gov/site/doh/covid/covid-19-data.page. To ensure proper resolution, data for specific dates provided on the nyc.gov link will be assessed 14 days after a date meets or exceeds 250 hospitalizations. The question will be resolved retroactively for the date of resolution. (For example, if 250 or more hospitalizations occurs on 10 October, we will wait to confirm this resolution on 24 October. The question would retroactively close on 10 October.)
